Vi vil jo helst kunne stole p\u00e5 tallene, ikke? \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derfor er der et par ting at v\u00e6re obs p\u00e5 i de forskellige v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer, for at sikre at det ikke sker. S\u00e5 her kommer en lille mini-guide i vores brug af platforme, og hvordan vi sikre, at tallene hele tiden stemmer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi bruger f\u00f8lgende:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"http:\/\/strava.com\">Strava<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.trainerroad.com\">Trainerroad<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/intervals.icu\/\">Intervals.icu<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hold styr p\u00e5 v\u00e6gt og FTP<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For at tallene hele tiden passer, s\u00e5 skal vi s\u00f8rge for at de forskellige platforme hele tiden ved, n\u00e5r der sker \u00e6ndringer i vores FTP og v\u00e6gt. FTPen vil svinge med st\u00f8rre mellemrum end din v\u00e6gt. S\u00e5dan er det i hvert fald ofte. Derfor \u00e6ndres vores v\u00e6gt sig l\u00f8bende fra uge til uge, og FTP&#8217;en med fire ugers mellemrum. S\u00e5 for at vi kan v\u00e6re sikre p\u00e5 at tallene og kurverne gir&#8217; mening, s\u00e5 skal v\u00e6gt og FTP opdateres l\u00f8bende.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S\u00e5dan g\u00f8r du p\u00e5 Strava<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Strava kan ikke l\u00e6se din v\u00e6gt eller FTP fra andre platforme, s\u00e5 du skal alts\u00e5 selv s\u00f8rge for at holde tallene opdateret. Det g\u00f8r du ved at logge ind p\u00e5 Strava og holde musen over dit profilbillede i \u00f8verste h\u00f8jre hj\u00f8rne og v\u00e6lge &#8220;Settings&#8221; (se pil 1) i drop-down menuen her. P\u00e5 din Settings-side kan du \u00e6ndre din v\u00e6gt (se pil 2). For at s\u00e6tte din FTP skal du i venstremenuen nu v\u00e6lge &#8220;My Performance&#8221; (se pil 3). P\u00e5 den side skal du inder punktet Functional Threshold Power s\u00e6tte din FTP (se pil 4). Det er nemt og ligetil. FTP&#8217;en holdes opdateret gennem de tests, du l\u00f8bende tager i programmet, s\u00e5 her er der ikke meget du skal holde styr p\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For at opdatere din v\u00e6gt skal du logge ind i Trainerroad via en browser og klikke p\u00e5  dit profilbillede i \u00f8verste h\u00f8jre hj\u00f8rne. Dvs. afrundet til fx. 74 kg eller 73 kg. Det er alts\u00e5 ikke muligt at veje 73,2 kg i Trainerroad.
