En p\u00e5 mange m\u00e5der lidt dyster og kedelig m\u00e5ned efter festlighederne i december. Samtidig er de nyt\u00e5rsfors\u00e6ttenes m\u00e5ned, og fitness-k\u00e6dernes h\u00f8jtid. Det nye \u00e5rs ambitioner driver mange til at begynde p\u00e5 ambiti\u00f8se v\u00e6gttab og tr\u00e6ningsprogrammer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi er ikke klogere er p\u00e5 mange m\u00e5der i samme b\u00e5d som de, der tegner fitnessabonnement den 2. januar. For os handler det ogs\u00e5 om god form og v\u00e6gttab. Men m\u00e5let er nok lidt anderledes end det, den gennemsnitlige s\u00e6tter sig for ved \u00e5rets start.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Januar markerede for os b\u00e5de forts\u00e6ttelsen af vores forberedelser og planer frem mod sommeren, men samtidig har det ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6ret en milep\u00e6l nu, hvor vi ser tilbage. Vi startede p\u00e5 vores sidste fulde tr\u00e6ningsprogram op mod sommerens helt store l\u00f8b. Pludselig er Transalp ikke l\u00e6ngere noget, der ligger i en fjern fremtid. Nu er vi i samme \u00e5r, og den sidste nedt\u00e6lling er begyndt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derfor startede vi ogs\u00e5 januar med skyh\u00f8j motivation og tr\u00e6ningsiver.
