Det g\u00f8r de fleste af os. Ved du hvor meget du sveder? Hvis ikke, s\u00e5 l\u00e6s med &#8211; for hvis du som os gerne vil kunne cykle langt, s\u00e5 er det alfa og omega at have styr p\u00e5, hvor meget v\u00e6ske du mister. \ud83d\udca7\ud83d\udca7\ud83d\udca7<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En nem test<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En svedtest er svaret, og det er ikke s\u00e6rligt sv\u00e6rt. Vi har t\u00e6nkt os at lave et par stykker i l\u00f8bet af for\u00e5ret for at have helt styr p\u00e5 vores v\u00e6sketab og hvordan vi s\u00f8rger for at opretholde vores v\u00e6skebalance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e5r man k\u00f8rer langt, s\u00e5 er det vigtigt at have styr p\u00e5 v\u00e6skebalancen. Og hvis du som os cykler p\u00e5 hometrainer, s\u00e5 er det endnu nemmere. S\u00e5dan g\u00f8r du:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Du skal bruge din v\u00e6gt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vej dig selv lige inden du begynder et tr\u00e6ningspas. Og tr\u00e6ningspasset skal gerne v\u00e6re p\u00e5 en times tid med en fornuftig intensitet. Hvorfor lige en time, sp\u00f8rger du? Fordi det er smart at kende v\u00e6sketabet over \u00e9n time &#8211; derfra kan du selv omregne til fx. et l\u00f8bs l\u00e6ngde. N\u00e5r du vejer dig, skal du v\u00e6re splitterragende n\u00f8gen, og hvis du regner med at skulle drikke vand under dit tr\u00e6ningspas, s\u00e5 skal du holde din fyldte drikkedunk i h\u00e5nden, n\u00e5r du vejer dig. P\u00e5 den m\u00e5de f\u00e5r du din startv\u00e6gt + den v\u00e6ske, du formentlig indtager i l\u00f8bet af tr\u00e6ningen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derefter springer du i cykelt\u00f8jet og gennemf\u00f8rer din tr\u00e6ning. Det vigtige er nu, at du kun indtager v\u00e6ske fra din drikkedunk, som du har vejet dig med. S\u00e5 du skal alts\u00e5 ikke spise gels eller lignende &#8211; det vil forvride din m\u00e5ling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Husk at du skal v\u00e6re splitter-ragende Hans J\u00f8rgen!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e5r du har gennemf\u00f8rt dit tr\u00e6ningspas, s\u00e5 hopper du igen ud af alt t\u00f8jet, og s\u00e5 tager du din drikkedunk igen &#8211; hvad enten den er tom eller halvfuld. S\u00e5 hopper du igen p\u00e5 v\u00e6gten med drikkedunken i h\u00e5nden med hvad der m\u00e5tte v\u00e6re tilbage i den. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Din f\u00f8rste vejning tr\u00e6kker du fra din sidste vejning og voil\u00e1 &#8211; her har du tallet for dit reelle v\u00e6sketab. Og vi har endda kompenseret for det v\u00e6skeinput, du har f\u00e5et i l\u00f8bet af dit tr\u00e6ningspas. Nu kender du dit v\u00e6sketab og kan bruge det til at s\u00f8rge for at f\u00e5 genopfyldt depoterne ved lange ture eller l\u00f8b, og p\u00e5 den m\u00e5de bliver du i stand til at holde styr p\u00e5 din v\u00e6skebalance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Det er ikke en eksakt videnskab<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Obs &#8211; dit v\u00e6sketab er afh\u00e6ngigt af flere faktorer. Der er fx. forskel p\u00e5, hvor meget du sveder i en 15 grader &#8220;varmt&#8221; skur i februar m\u00e5ned og p\u00e5 en stejl bjergskr\u00e5ning i alperne i bagende 32 grader midt i juli m\u00e5ned.
